Just got mine today, but hubby has been using his since last July. Hubby has severe arthritis, but mine was for a spill I took on the hillside. I say that because it's working for both conditions. As soon as I put mine on today, I felt a difference both sitting and standing. It helps hold my knee stable as I stand and sit, too, which it wasn't. The compression is sure to help the swelling (which has already gone down considerably. I like how lightweight it is, how it fits under my pants, and the ease of use. BUT...my favorite thing is that I can MEASURE MY BODY PARTS for the proper fit.NO more grabbing a size at a big box store and hoping it is right. Hubby and I both appreciated that. Good job Modvel!

I’ve had three knee surgeries in the past 20 years. Now I have arthritis in that knee and I am 80% due for a knee replacement.I’ve tried multiple compression sleeves, this is the only one I found that really supports me. It’s breathable. I can wear it for 10 hours straight and not a drop of sweat or moist on any part of the sleeve.I highly recommend this. I’m 6’4 - 315 pounds. I got the XXL. My thigh was 24 inches were they said to measure and if it’s perfect.Does not slip down at all I was a little concerned about the silicone would feel so it won’t slip down. and it feels great.I can go for long walks and wear it all day and it doesn’t move!

Wrenched my knee exercising, 10 days later still have strong pain radiating outwards. Bought this brace to try and stabilize knee while healing, the minute it arrived I put it on and the pain disappeared immediately. I was amazed to be able to stand and walk with only a minimal pain. It works amazingly well, stays in place on the knee, fits under my clothes without a bulky appearance. Wish you could buy a single vs a 2 pack, but it was worth the money to be able to function again.

This really helped me with my knee after injuring it, while I waited for surgery. It felt more supportive than the brace by itself. The material is great quality and stood up well in the wash. It is easy to put on and take off. It did not slip or slide and I was on my feet for 13+hours a day. My only complaint is that I wish there was an option for people with thicker thighs. I had to roll the top down a bit too prevent it from digging into my thigh. If I had sized up, the compression on my knee would not have been as good. Overall, it was a lifesaver though.

These showed up this morning, put one on my right knee that was bothering me, went and jogged a mile and walked 5 more miles. Then did other things that normally bug my knee like squats, stairs, tricep dips, and butterfly crunches. This thing is a godsend. 10/10 would buy again. Fits great and doesn’t slide around or irritate my skin in any way. Great quality item.

Initial review two stars:It gives GREAT! support, but the compression band at the top of the brace keeps rolling over behind my knee, which makes it quite uncomfortable. THat band should be 3x or more wider than it is to keep this from happening.They offer no instructions on size selection, I guessed and bought a large. Perhaps if I had bought the next size up I would not have the rollover problem, but we'll never know, because I am returning these and will not be buying this brand again.~~~~~Revised review to four stars:After I posted my initial review and while reading others, people kept mentioning the size chart. Well, I had looked and looked before my purchase and did not find one so I ordered a large. Then I found the chart after posting initial review and ordered the correct size, one size larger. Awesome product.They are still getting 4 in lieu of 5 stars because the link to their chart is practically invisible.
