I've been using this for 6-8 months and I am very satisfied. I carry this everyday on the road (truck driver), using the shoulder strap. The strap itself as well as the connection points have been very strong and unwaivering so far. The bag is constructed with durable material and the seams are strong. I put this bag to the test everyday, loading it with a variety of items, light and heavy. There are more than enough compartments, inside as well as outside, for my personal use. Even when I fill this bag up it's easy to transport and looks relatively streamline. There are two zippers which are to access the main compartment, and so far they appear very strong and durable. Velcro is used to secure the other external pouches. The only negative I can list, which is insignificant to me, is the i.d. holder on the exterior. The plastic covering has detached and could be a potential problem for someone wanting to use that feature.I would purchase again.

I absolutely love this bag. It has pockets EVERYWHERE!! The protection for your laptop is pretty decent, I wouldn't go tossing it around, but for everyday bumps and bangs it is fine. If I was going to change anything I would make the shoulder pad a little larger and a little more padded. But that is just me... I carry TWO laptops in this thing and it is HEAVY!

Its pretty good for the price. Has pockets in all the right places for me. This is used as a briefcase, and it does what it needs to. The strap for the handles came lightly frayed and is probably going to get worse, but for a strap that I dont use at all I will probably just end up cutting it off. Came with a small padded pouch which was a nice surprise, perfect for holding my credit card scanner and any checks that are on the way to the bank.

I love you, it was perfect for what I ordered. It’s already serving his purpose.

One year review Velcro on strap and pocket flaps wears out quickly. Bag is doing pretty good shape overall.

This is my second of these bags. Last year, I bought the black version and love it. I have all of my paperwork for one of my volunteer jobs. It has room for everything and pockets to store things seperately. I have filled the new khaki bag with paperwork for a different volunteer job. My old bag was just not large enough. I needed room for legal size documants and envelopes and this one does the trick. A friend saw my black bag and ordered one for himself.
