If its for a serious health issue like IBD i would use a sachet daily for 3 days then make yogurt using a sachet as the culture abd consume a cup a day. For normal, overall health eating the yougurt daily is fine Remember, this product contains ONE TRILLION beneficial bacteria per packet, more than any on the market.
