Good and filling
So good, satisfying and filling. So far I'm just using it in smoothies. I put 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 Tablespoons of the egg whites, cucumber spears, stevia and banana. The high protein keeps me satisfied for hours.

Perfect egg white powder
We love this powder for adding to smoothies for a boost in protein. Though I haven't used it for baking, I would try it if I didn't have fresh eggs. The product is shelf stable and the zip lock bag is convenient

Pretty good depending on your requirements
I've been on the hunt for a good unflavored protien powder for quite a while now. I'm not a fan of flavored protien powders mainly because of the "protien-y" flavor, other than a few specific tubs. I grabbed this because it had good looking macros and was priced well. It's a great product for adding to liquid or "wet" food like smoothies and yogurt bowls however, the most important tip I have is to use it as a substitute for ONLY wet ingredients. I didn't quite realize it was literally just powdered egg whites at first, so adding it to a dough or baked good totally messes with the recipe. TL;DR: it's great if you use it correctly

Great flavorless protein
After not being able to find egg whites Anywhere, I started looking for the powdered version. But was afraid of the texture and flavor. There is none with these. I use these in smoothies and still get the same lightness. A scoop has 15g protein which is more than a couple of egg whites from large eggs. Portion control is so much easier and I think it’s more cost effective than the liquid egg whites. I will probably never go back to store bought.

Great for keto diet.
I've used this item before. Makes fantastic Egg White Bread. I can't wait to make some. Eggs are way too expensive at the stores now. I plan on buying eggs from a neighbor with chickens, cows, etc, up here in the mountains. I can use this item to supplement that, and not depend solely on one or the other. Would recommend..

Great for baking and mixing
These are great and easy to add to any baking or cooking that you might be doing. I was curious if you could cook it normally like eggwhites though since I couldn't find any of those anywhere but these don't seem to really be for that purpose. That being said, add it to protein shakes or a baking recipe and they're great. One small gripe I had with it though is that the package is a little tough to open and reseal - I'm debating moving them to ziplocks instead so I can keep it fresh. It also seems to be able to last a decent amount of time - over a year at least in case you're wondering about how long you can use it for. I don't notice any weird tastes or anything like that and there's quite a lot of protein in this. Overall great protein/egg white replacement - just don't expect them to function exactly like egg whites since it's in powder form.

Good for baking.
I ended up using the entire bag exclusively for baking so I can't really say much to the taste of the product itself, I didn't really notice any difference in what I made compared to using eggs regularly so I guess egg is egg. It's exactly what it's supposed to be and didn't change the flavor or results at all. Overall good for baking.
