Great product
I use this product in bread making. I ordered another product at the same time for bread making. Because AMAZON suggested that I delay delivery of this item so it could save AMAZON money on separate deliveries I combined them. Now my much needed other bread ingredient "missed the truck" and it won't come until tomorrow. DON'T EVER COMBINE DELIVERIES is my new rule. You might want to do the same.

Works as well as Carnation Malted Milk powder for malts
I found a home brewer's website that had a commenter that said they had used this to make ice cream malts. It works quite nicely, tastes good, and the bonus is that there is not nearly as much sugar in it as the stuff from the grocery store.
