Honestly when items like this exist its a wonder companies like Moen and Delta can even stay in business. This product is really good and looks very nice. Installation was also very easy and actually better quality than the Glacier Bay faucet I had installed a few years ago that this product replaced.That said as good as this product is it does have a couple of drawbacks that are worth noting to me.1. The valve is a bit tight so its easy to just open it full blast when you are just trying to operate it with a finger or two. Hoping it will break in a bit over time.2. The coil spring on it is a bit stiff which kinda makes the product a bit cumbersome to use.3. You can some what tell this isn't a top of the line product. If you aren't worried about that then you are good otherwise you might be looking at something 5 or 6 times the cost to get that premium look and feel.I'd definitely buy this thing again though but hopefully I won't have to.

I ordered the brushed tin extendable length faucet. Great product, especially for the price. I really don't see the reason to pay several times more for a faucet of similar design.Very easy to install. The hardest part is removing the old faucet, specifically the faucet nut. After a bit of struggle and decent amount of force it will eventually come loose. Though it would help if you bought a faucet nut removing tool. A strap wrench can also be useful for some parts of removal and installation.The stream and spray functions work as expected with no issues encountered. If you buy the extendable length faucet be sure to email WEWE for a deck plate if you want one.The only slight complaint I have is that the faucet head hangs fairly low over the sink. It would be nice if the faucet were raised a little higher. However, it's not really a big deal since the faucet easily swings left or right so it can be moved out of the way easily.Personally, I'd definitely recommend the extendable version of this faucet.I also ordered the reverse/ osmosis, drinking water tap, also in the brushed tin finish to match my regular kitchen faucet. Again a very easy install. With the drinking water tap, as others have mentioned, buy your own 3/8" to 1/4" or 1/4" to 1/4" quick connector. The ones you get from Home Depot or Lowe's will be better quality than the ones included with tap, and they're very cheap to just buy on your own.

The faucet for my RO water is beautiful and modern, has a perfect finish. The lever is smooth and easy to turn on. No leaks. Easy to install. Wish I has replaced my 33 yr old one earlier!The Touchless WEWE faucet is beautiful!! So thick and sturdy with a very modern design. The faucet and all its parts were carefully and securely packed into a custom box; the finish was perfect. The instructions were very clear; install was easy. The battery holder has a long enough tether to allow placement near the front of the cabinet. for ease of changing the battery. The touchless feature is amazing! I can turn on/off the water with dirty hands without making the faucet dirty. I love how the temperature and flow lever is easy to adjust depending how much water is needed. The pulldown sprayer has great flow and can be stretched as far as needed. The faucet itself turns so easily and smoothly side to side compared to my old stuck-in-one-place faucet. This faucet has good metal insides judging by its weight! The brushed nickel finish wipes clean and beautiful with a damp cloth. I wish I had gotten this faucet long ago, and I know it will last a long time. Highly recommend.

I got this WeWe kitchen faucet in Feb. 2023. Had it installed, and all was well. The faucet is gun metal gray - great to look at as well as functioned nicely. It has the built in sprayer head with a constant flow, as well as the spray. Excellent product that I was quite happy with.Until the hot water only trickled out of the faucet. A slow stream when the hot was turned on. I checked everything - but there was no fixing it. So I figured, here goes more money to buy a replacement. But, I thought I would write the company thru Amazon and see if they had any ideas.I wrote to them, and was immediately contacted by their customer service. They asked if this or that was the problem, and it wasn't. They had me check a couple of troubleshooting ideas, which didn't fix my problem. So I let them know this.3 or 4 days later, I had a brand new replacement on my porch, waiting to be installed. No begging, no hassle. New faucet is installed and everything is working properly once again.Amazing customer service, and a great product. You wont go wrong with this faucet!I highly recommend it!
