I have to say considering what I've been through on my quest to find a decent case for this phone, I was honestly expecting the worst when I decided to order this case out of pure curiosity, but when I received it I was beyond pleasantly surprised because it turned out to be exactly what I didn't even know I was looking for all along!I realize everyone is different so obviously it's not going to be the "perfect" or even the right case for everyone, but if you're like me and have had and preferred flip style cases before switching to the Z Fold 2... I can confidently say that you'll feel right at home as soon as you put this case on your Z Fold 2.It's surprisingly well made and has soft microfiber-ish lining on the cover so you don't have to worry about the cover scratching your screen, and when you close the cover it has a lip that attaches securely to the side of the phone so it stays closed and doesn't move around even when in your pocket. The outside of the case looks clean and has a nice textured feel to it (it's kind of hard to explain but it's basically like a textured matte hard plastic) which gives it a good amount grip while still being smooth enough to easily slide in and out of your pocket, and when the cover is closed for the first time since I've owned this phone it truly feels like it's finally and properly protected.The part that attaches to the phone has all the proper holes cut out where they're supposed to be and leaves plenty of room to access the power and volume buttons on the side, and a huge plus is that unlike most other cases available for those phone (as of right now anyway) the charging port is left open with plenty of room so any cable you use will work with this case. Another great thing about this case is that it not only covers the camera hump in the rear but it also sits about a millimeter higher, which completely protects the camera lens and makes the back of the phone flat so it doesn't wobble or sit at an angle whenever you set it down on a table.I'll add some pictures to this review as soon as I have time but for as much protection as this case is provides imho it doesn't feel like it adds that much thickness to the phone at all, and I guess it's because I'm used to having flip cases but it just feels natural using both the front and main screens with this case on. I honestly couldn't be happier because I've tried just about every "popular" case from the limited amount available for this phone and all of them had unbearable flaws, and the whole time the thought of a flip case never even crossed my mind because of the unique design of this phone until I stumbled across this one.. and all I can say is I'm SO glad I did because it immediately made my Z Fold 2 feel protected and like something I'm actually comfortable with!Anyway imho I think this is a great case for the Fold 2 whether you're a fan of flip cases or not, but if you are used to having flip cases and feel "out of sort" after switching to the Fold 2.. this case is exactly what the doctor ordered!

This is a nice slim, book style case. I use it when I have my watch and ear buds synced... it keeps my phone protected and I can see and answer my calls via the watch. Never need to touch my phone.

Love the style of this case, I miss it from the fold3. The clasp does get in the way of the power button, but it's not a huge deal to me. It could be improved if the cover activated the touchscreen. That way you could use the "palm cover to lock screen" settings to make it automatically lock the phone when you shut the cover. Durability leaves some to be desired . There's also little nooks around the camera cut out that collect lint.Im not rough with my phone, but I'm not also super precious. The leather is peeling away and I feel like it won't last much longer

It fits well but does not turn of the screen when closing. I believe because of that I have discolorations/shadows burned into my top screen protector, that are visible on white or light backrounds. Also, it started peeling on the edge where my fingers are resting when I am holding my phone. I had this case only a few months. To bad, because it does look nice and feels nice in my hands.

Beautiful case, durable and protects my phone. Gives enough grip, I just flip the top cover over when open. Love the look, has a pocket at the front to keep my ID, license and a CC. I was worried at first because the front screen doesn't have a frame, just the flap to cover it, I was worried if dropped my phone, it would open and possibly end up cracking my screen. I've already dropped my phone a couple times TBH, and the front flap hasn't opened up, the corners didn't get scuffed either. It's a win win for me!

Fits very snug, feels great, doesn't clip hard around the front cover, but still protects it perfectly which is awesome.Only bad part is.. may not be able to remove it without damaging the case..Update - removing case at the moment... not only damaged the case, but this is damaging my phone!! plastic part is completely stuck and all the material ripped off..

If you are reading this you probably already know the pain of trying to find a good case for your Fold 2. I don't blame the designers. The unique design of the phone makes it problematic. This is about my 8th case I've ordered. I've tried using the 2 part ones and one that had hinge protection. my biggest problem was having something to hold onto when it is open. I am so glad I got this case. I wasn't looking for a wallet, I just want to protect my phone. This is thin, protects the front, stays closed, gives you something to hold onto when it is open, protects the hinge and looks nice. I'm not sure what else you could want. Oh, and you can wirelessly charge through the case! Ok, now what else could you want? Oh! And it fits in my car phone holder (had to get a special one of those) without having to take off the case. I mean, seriously.
