Q: Does this come with the funnel and labeling bands?

No and no. If you have to label your oil sprayers then you have too many oil sprays.

Q: Will this spray olive oil in a fine mist?

Fine mist is a subjective statement. I would say probably not as fine as your are expecting. I would not comment on that question. The information from the manufacturer says it sprays cooking oil in a vertical or horizontal fan spray, nothing about the size of the droplets.

Q: can just buy a new pump? the ring will not stay tight and cannot fully use it. Do they sell parts or do i need a whole new sprayer?

I do not know if they sell the parts but I do know these oil speakers seems to break very easily. This is the second brand I've tried & they have both leaked. Very frustrating

Yes the lid is a screw on type. But it will not spray olive oil.
