Black Flag 32 oz. Fogging liquid
Works great! Kills the mosquitoes, plus other pestering bugs. Be sure you're upwind, on a calm day and point your sprayer towards the ground, so it gets into the bottom of your plants. And don't paint yourself into a corner, which forces you to walk through the cloud of insecticide.

Shoo Mosquitos!
I live in Southeast Texas where "skeeters" are known to haul off small children if you don't keep an eye on them. I use to be sceptic of mosquito foggers until I tried one. It's works pretty good. I would imagine that other brands of fogger fuel works but Black Flag has always worked well for me.

I use this as my base liquid for fogging with Permethrin
I'm in the Piedmont of North Carolina on just under 1 acre with woods and heavy brush on 2.5 sides of the property. It can get expensive to start, but to be effective you must fog on consecutive days in order to knockdown the population and get ahead of their life cycle. Fog everywhere not just 10 feet from your backdoor and porch! 1 tank fill in the propane fogger gets about 50% my property and takes about 20 minutes to complete. After the initial fogging of a couple consecutive days then you can probably get away with weekly fogging? The negative reviewers probably expected miracles from a one-time use just minutes before their most important picnic? I am not recommending that you do this (wink, wink), but I 'juice' this fogging liquid by adding 1.5oz/gallon of permethrin (same as if were mixing with water and spraying, but in this case I'm fogging. Real permethrin has a residual effect whilst the this fogging form of permethrin does not). It does a nice job of controlling the spiders & webs on the windows too. And to note we still have approx. 8-9 hummingbirds on a daily basis, bees all over the sunflowers & hydrangeas and a pair of barred owls that frequent here. Not saying the local wildlife won't start giving birth to frankenbugs, but the fogging allows us to be outside and enjoy our evenings. Those pesky mosquitos and gnats can go live a healthy life style across the street at the neighbors if they want, but not here in my castle!

BEST AND EASIEST MOSQUITO TREATMENT
Happen to be reordering and read the reviews. I almost never read reviews but this stuff is awesome and works and I’d hate for someone not to be bug free because of the negative reviews. Be very critical of the negative reviews. Almost all bad reviews I read are negative because they used it wrong or don’t understand how it works. I live in rural Virginia, in a very wet area that is loaded with mosquitos during the summer. My property is too big to have someone fog at a reasonable price so I do it myself. I use a Burgess propane flogger with Black Flag. If you think you are going to kill everything as you are fogging you will be disappointed. We fog on still nights just after dusk so the mosquitos are out and active. I fog the hell out of my front and back decks (underneath where they hide too) then fog in layers going out anywhere up to 100 feet from the house. You’ll see the mosquitos over the next three days or so but then they disappear for 2-3 weeks. At least once a year I have to do a second treatment within days but most of the summer I treat once every three weeks and we see almost no mosquitos. It worked so well that each of my neighbors bought the same foggers and liquid and we coordinate fogging with each other for maximum effect. I am a super skeptic as are my neighbors but this stuff has totally changed our enjoyment and use of our yards during the summer. My dogs I’m sure, are grateful too!!!!

Mosquito problems. This will help you
I've been using this since last year, and I love it. I got a Ryobi Fogger, and I found this liquid, and it works great. This fogger can be a game-changer if you’re dealing with mosquitoes, flies, or other bothersome bugs.

Good on stall flies
We had an infestation of biting stall flies in Northern Michigan. Tried this product, it seemed to work. Doesn’t last more than a day- but worked so bought another.

just ok
I put it in the fogger and fog the mosquitos and midges. Doesn't seem to kill them but does drive them off for a while, so that I can do what I need to do in that area. Definitely cheaper than buying at the big box stores.

Works well
This fogger fluid works well, probably the best of the consumer-grade fluids. In northern MN where the bugs can get quite bad, a daily fogging of the property virtually eliminates the mosquitos and flies. I definitely recommend this!
