Not cheap, but it works well.
This product works well. It is not cheap, but was necessary to protect my new travertine pavers by my pool. I ended up purchasing (5) bottles to cover all of the pavers twice. The manufacturer’s directions call for wiping excess off the surface after 3-5 minutes. Considering the price, I wasn’t about to wipe any of it off. After a moderate rain, water was clearly beading nicely.

Works on Kashmir White granite
This will seal Kashmir White Granite when nothing else will. I’ve tried a number of “good” sealants on our bathroom counters, yet the counters continued to stain with anything that wasn’t pure water hitting them. I was almost to the point of pulling the counters in favor of quartz, but searched many stone forums and read reviews here on this product. Other reviewers here proclaimed success and their pictures showed they had this particular stone too. So I decided one last try was in order.I bought a stone poultice and went to the lengthy trouble of removing all the soap and lotion stains first (after using denatured alcohol to remove previous sealers), then treated the granite THREE times with this 511 Porous Plus sealer. It took three tries to get water to bead up. It was the first time water had ever beaded up on that stone! I poured some in a plastic cup and brushed it on with an old paint brush, waited the recommended time (maybe a little more), wiped up the excess with paper towels, and buffed dry with an old washcloth. As another reviewer mentioned, the sealer does bring out pale mica flecks inherent to this stone. 511 PP seems to not only soak into the stone, but also leaves a clear barrier on top. To my eyes this gives the stone more dimension, sort of like what happens when you put a worn stone into water to bring out its beauty. Use this one, not the regular 511 sealer available in your local big box hardware store.Anyway, it’s been a year since this adventure and I’m back buying another bottle to retreat my counters. This will be a yearly to-do in this house. The water is still beading up in most places, but there’s no way I want to go through the hassle of my initial poultice procedure. We were out of that bathroom for a couple weeks while that was going on. BTW, if you have a granite choice, NEVER choose this particular granite. It’s basically super-compressed limestone and as naturally porous as your concrete garage floor. Evidently with granite, the darker the better for resistance to staining.

Worth Every Penny!
We bought a new house and it was recommended that we seal it. We tried the miracle sealant, and it worked wonders! It was super easy to apply, and it gave our countertop a nice, fresh look. It’s been a few weeks, and it’s holding up great against spills and stains. I’ve noticed it makes cleaning up so much easier too, spills just wipe right off. The sealant feels like it’s giving extra protection. So if you’re looking to protect your countertops and keep them looking good, I definitely recommend this stuff. It’s worth every penny!

Great sealer
Follow all the directions to be sure it covers evenly and thoroughly. Have had several rains and it actually beads up. Used it on silver travertine pavers around my pool. No change in appearance. This is expensive stuff but it works. Measure accurately. Two coats. Hope it last years as label states.

Works great if you want to keep original look of stone
Great product that just works. Wanted a porous sealer for our arctic white marble pool deck. Seems like we just look at these pavers and they stain from everything from just dirt to pine needles. Did not want to change the appearance to have any gloss or darkening. Applied yesterday and completely satisfied with results See before and after photos of water sealing after first coat and plan to do 2 as instructed. Only need to see if this product lasts

Not impressed with resuls
Disappointed in the product. I have used the regular 511 and contacted the company as to whether this would be a better choice for my natural stone tile shower and was told it would. I applied 3 coats while letting dry in between for maximum benefit but wasn't impressed. The regular 511 was far better at preventing staining and keeping the shower cleaner much longer. It was very expensive for a small container and not impressed.
