I have taken various kidney or liver cleansers/detoxifiers over the years but always separate, never together in one capsule/tablet. I decided to give this a try because of the dual benefit and in addition to the fact that this item contains no artificial ingredients. From the ingredients list I am able to identify plenty of beneficial herbs and extracts such as Milk Thistle, Grape Seed, Turmeric, etc,. I have been using this for about three weeks and have not experienced any unpleasant effects. Overall this is a great quality product and something that I will continue to use.

As with all my supplement reviews I believe that everyone will have a different experience due to each of us having different body types. Now on to my review based on my experience. Not sure why they asked for me to give stars for flavor and thickness? These have no real flavor and they are regular sized pills as far as I can tell... I have never had any problem taking pills of any kind though so in my opinion they are easy to swallow. The overall effect following the directions and taking them for only a week as they do not state how many days to take for a full detox? With that said after a week I did notice that I may have been either digesting better of something changed and I was less bloated/full feeling. I will probably continue these every month or so till they are gone depending on how I feel. I am looking forward to trying to see if taking this for a full month or at least the rest of this bottle to see how I feel at the end. I had some luck and if you feel like you want to give it a try maybe it will work for you as well.

I have been taking these along with digestive enzymes and I'm not sure which ones are working, but things seem to be getting better. Some time ago I became aware that my system was not digesting as it should and I was looking for something that could help with that. These seem to be working, as far as I can tell, but they are very big pills and difficult to swallow. They seem to get stuck in your throat, but if it can help I'm willing to work through it.If you've experienced the same problems I would recommend trying these along with the digestive enzymes.

This stuff is something that is great to use, Especially during times like these with new viruses to deal with. I clear out my system regularly every 3 Months. During my last annual physical, my liver enzymes were elevated. I had minor symptoms, but they were almost unnoticeable (until I knew what to look for). I've been using this detox for a month, and the symptoms not only aren't better, but they're getting worse. Maybe the symptoms would have gotten worse, even without this detox. I'll find out now that I've stopped taking it.
