This is a fabulous gimbal! The AI tracking sticks to your target like glue and the ability to use hand signals for tracking and framing is a real plus for the solo creator. I also love removable remote control. It allows you to step away from the gimbal and still make changes to composition, zoom or snap a photo. The screen on the remote is on the small size but I still find it functional and useful in certain situations. The website has all the tutorials you need to get you going quickly. Now, I did have a problem updating the firmware on the first gimbal I received. But, the Hohem technical support was fabulous. I didn’t have to waste a lot of time on the phone with automated assistants. I got a live person in less than 2 minutes. I explained the problem & I was encouraged to exchange or return the product as it was defective. I received a replacement the next day thru Amazon. I did have to call technical support with a question and received the same great service & easy access.

As I'm on this journey of creating videos, trying to go beyond the typical IG video that I make with just my phone, I decided to buy this tool to enhance my videos. So far, it was a solid purchase. No expert so I won't give a opinion on it but i'll say for my first gimbal, using it has leveled up my video and has me wanting to go out more often and record.

This was amazing but I thought it was for cameras but it’s not mine would not fit. This is very well made and durable I wish it would have worked for me.

Motor makes a ton of noise and you have to constantly balance it. I hate I wasted my money on this. IT took me 25 days to get it figured out and even now it still hums and makes tons of noise. When I move it, it goes crazy and doesn't move like all the videos of you holding it and twisting it back and forth. DO NOT BUY THIS ! YOU WILL BE ANGRY IF YOU DO !

Update : The company and seller reached out to me and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Im sure it was just a very unlikely mistake that they sent a used item. Rest assured that this company will take care of any issues you my encounter.Also this is the best Phone Gimbal released at the time of writing this. Blows the DJI Osmo 7P out of the water. Yes it costs more but is well worth every penny!Great Gimbal but terrible quality control at the factory. I bought this new and got a used item missing the cables and warranty card! Very disappointed. Be cautious from this seller. You may get a used item.

This is my first gimbal, when it arrived I noticed it lagged at times, vibrations in the handle, but without a reference I thought that’s just how they are, it was subtle and intermittent. Then the remote camera twisted 90 degrees for no reason, and the AI wouldn’t track when it thinks your sideways.I called their customer service line, they sent me a new one. It’s SO smooth in comparison. It’s working great. I give 5 stars because, nothing perfect in this world, but this company owned their mistake. This thing’s awesome, we market our business, and it’s nice having a “camera man” when you need it.Gimbals take practice —more than I thought —but you will likely be very happy with this purchase. My wife and I are very happy with it.
