I had never used a clear epoxy resin to "encase" photos on top of a table. I had about 50 wallet-sized photos to lay out, then cover with resin. The end result needed to be first class. Early on, I learned that the company had a toll free number and that they were there to provide world-class customer service. Then I learned the secret word, "Shawn.". Never met Shawn, but if I do, I should suggest that he take some time off to write a book or do a series of training videos on using their epoxy resin. I give him high grades for helping me. Over the course of several calls over a six month period, he made a various suggestions that made my job come out right. I credit their customer service for making my project turn out great. Thank you Shawn!

If you are looking for a resin to do detailed work or work that has multiple steps this is NOT the resin for you. This resin has a short work time it thickens up real fast so you will have to make many small batches which is very time consuming. And I had to deal with massive amounts of bubbles which was a pain in the butt. this was the first time using this resin and my last time.

I haven't used it on a large scale yet but so far the small pieces I have used it on for the Project it is intended for have come out grest. They are crystal clear and with well with the pigment I bought to go with it. Will buy again.

I have used this on many different products and it works great. it shipped fast. The only thing I would say is you need to follow the instructions when mixing the product. i made one batch without enough hardener and it didn't set up. But i was able to go over it with a new batch and added a little more hardener and it worked fine. I was super happy that i didn't have to strip it all off before adding more.

Seems good for if you not evpecting it to be clear, I was going off of the party where is said Cristal clear. It's more like Cristal dark yellow. Not too clear. It will work but next time I need clear I know not to get this one.It's strong and fresh not old but just not clear. I used a flame and heat gun trying different methods as well as not using anything and every time it turned out yellow.

Originally I liked this when mixed with colors but if you want clear do not use this.... it ruined a table I was building for months. Now I have to sand down a gallon worth of epoxy just to save the table I was building. Even applying heat only helped so much. It turned milky white. You can see in the photos where I didnt put this epoxy because it's clear. Now I have to pay as well to return it.
