I found that it took ages to heat up but was easy to clean

We tried cooking pancakes on these and well lets say they were pale and interesting. There is not enough power in these for pancakes - haven't tested them with anything else.

Awful. I am having my kitchen refitted so wanted this product to do one thing - boil water which has come straight out of the kettle. On the highest setting, unfortunately it could not even do that, so half an hour later my potatoes sat there still rock solid. I sent it back and exchanged for a single hob which had better reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did. Spend a bit more for something better.

Overall I'm happy but reluctant to give five stars simply because I find the unit controls the heat a little too much at times and trips off when really I need it hotter. As I say though on the whole for £20 it's a great little stove for rustling up meals and brewing coffee on so I'm happy with it.

This hob looks very good, cooks rice potatoes and veg well, but try and fry anything allow a good hour, just does not get hot enough.

I am pleased to say this portable electric cooker workes perfectly fine. I would recommend to anyone with lack of space and need of warm dishes.
