I have already returned this product. The instructions included in box are wrong. They direct you to load an app that doesn't exist and the product web site refers to the same app. I found a question posed by a purchaser on the Amazon site they asked about the app and the manufacturer indicated the app in the instructions was not valid and to use a different app. I tried the new app and it is not available in the US so you have to sign onto the app store in China which made me a little uneasy. I did it anyway and the new app didn't work anyway. I sent the manufacture an inquiry and they respond with a boilerplate narrative that tells you the camera may have been damaged in shipping or move the camera closer to the phone to connect. This of course didn't work. Don't waste your time with this product its not ready for primetime.

I ordered 2 and had them set up within 10 minutes. It was super easy. I am not sure what issue the other reviews had with the app but it was in the instructions and worked just great. I have a Samsung Android J3. The quality and setting options are excellent. Great product and I have recommended them to others.

They work really well. It did take a little doing to get it connected. Once I did they are great.

POS! App is junk. Phone App doesn’t work. Useless, garbage. Crap. Won’t connect to WIFI. App doesn’t allow SSID to be entered. Waste of Time and Money. Returned.

I love this camera and the price. Very easy to install and the App works fine. I have 6 cameras installed in my house without and problem.

Nice cam and nice video quality. The only thing I do not like is that you cannot use the Yi cam app for this model and have to use a different app

I've bought 3 of these and they work great! I use them to keep an eye on my dogs while I'm away.

Camera works fine when I use a 2.4 watt usb charger I already had. The chargers provided didn't work well at all. Cable short, with male usb on one end and a circular male plug in the other. Inconvenient, but can use a usb extension. Used cat5 cable to router to set up WiFi with camhi as I find it easier. Picture quality better than I expected.
