For this to not be a traditional lace up and buckle corset, it is really nice. I love the design! It is faux leather and Velcro back closure. I needed mine for a steam punk cosplay and I got so many compliments on the corset. The only issue I had with it, was mos corsets have a flap of fabric to go underneath the laces, and this did not come with one. So, I had some extra brown textured fabric lying around and just attached it. It turned out perfect. I probably should have ordered a size larger, but it fits fine. It is a shame it is not available right now. I wish it was available in black or maybe blue.

I’m 5’10”…160 bs. For reference, my measurements are: bust 36” x waist 30” x hips 41”. Bra is 36DD.I ordered a Large, based on the seller’s size chart… straight out of the package, it is about 2-3” too big and, it cannot tighten anymore because it arrives from the warehouse at the smallest allowable size. The modesty panel is a solid 7” which allows for quite a range in upsizing. I would say the size guide is showing the smallest allowance of the belt, but know that it can go up another 7” before a person needs to move into the next size belt…say, L to XL.As for the craftsmanship, it is a gorgeous belt and appears to be well made for faux leather. I wouldn’t recommend using as a waist cincher because the grommets will likely tear out of the material. It’s not an issue with the quality, it’s the fact that this belt is not truly a structure garment; it’s for appearance only. It does have minimal boning, but don’t expect it to offer any support. It’s plastic boning, intended to reduce fabric wrinkling, not provide waist reduction. I intend to wear mine over an actual corset so the boning is irrelevant, but, for someone who wears it without under-structure, it would help keep the shape of the belt.If it is worn properly and cared for, it should last as long as the wearer wishes to own it. Just don’t expect more than it was designed to deliver.

The only redeeming quality to this is the buttons, but the yarn kept breaking as I tried to simply tighten the eyelets. Too bad somebody even created such a poor quality thing with a big waste of nature’s resources to end up being something that just doesn’t work I can only imagine how much of this stuff has wasted all the electricity people driving and people harvesting whatever they had to to make it happen just to be a piece of garbageAlso the distance between the front bottom and top part where you thread it together is totally too long for my 54 frame. I suppose if I was 5 inches taller I might have a longer torso. It totally does not fit although I did order a large and I have a 33 inch way so that worked out nicely as far as going around me.

If other reviewers are complaining about size, then they think they're larger or smaller than they actually are. It comes identical to how it looks in the picture to where you can adjust tightness, and easy Velcro straps in the back. Super cute, and great quality for the price. Perfectly covers my whole torso.

The media could not be loaded. Thus was super cute, but cheaply made, the string that came with it was too small so I added another. The corset was also too small but I made it work , by the end of the night it had ripped so go 2 sizes larger

Ordered M size. Actually it was good ! Good quality and comfort. I highly recommend,fully met my expectations 😊

I have been looking for a good corset to go with a dress I am making and this is by far the best one that I have ever bought. The color is acurate, it is easy to lace up. It is well made and looks fantastic! I am so happy with this product!

I like the product but the sizing is WAY OFF. I had to return the first one I ordered due to sizing. I wear a size 8 in everything.... I ordered the 8/10 size and it was way too small. I ended up getting the size 12/14 and it's a bit snug. Regardless of the measurements shown, order at least one size larger than you think you need.

Held together in the back by velcro was a big disappointment. It's pretty but definitely not meant to be used as a corset. Don't try to tighten.
