Zhitunemi Renaissance Dress Medieval Costume Women Halloween Costumes Midevil Faire Gothic Gown

I purchased this to wear at work on Halloween and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was and at the fabric/sewing quality for being a costume... NO raw edges! I received ALOT of compliments.QUALITY: The material is a soft medium weight velvet fabric with some stretch... not thin and see-through and not so thick and stiff that it loses proper drape/flow. The wrinkles from packaging almost disappeared after letting it hang on a hanger for about a week. There was a bit of static but I just rubbed a dryer sheet on the inside of the skirt and it was no longer an issue.FIT/SIZING: I was unsure what size to get since costumes tend to run extremely small but the reviews all said it ran pretty true so I ordered three sizes to try: XL, 2X, 3X. The 2X worked the best as I'm a bit full in the middle (the XL might have worked if my shape was different). I'm a size 14/16 and 5'6" at about 185#.LENGTH: The length was about perfect. I would say if you are under 5'5" then you may have to shorten it or lift the front of the skirt when you walk.COMPLAINTS: My only complaint would be that the fabric used for the edging is rather an ugly yellow. It's not velvet like the rest of the dress but a stretchy plain polyester fabric that seems a bit out of place in my opinion. I think that if it was either velvet or an actual "metallic" gold it would give the dress a much more polished and less "costume-like" appearance. (If I get ambitious I might try to swap this out myself.)CONCLUSION: This is a versatile, well made, and comfortable dress especially for the price point. I used it as a witch costume this year but it could easily be turned into a vampire, elf, princess, period costume, etc. I expect to get many years of use out of this dress. Overall I'm really pleased with the purchase and highly recommend it!!!

This dress was so comfortable! I had an all day themed event that I wore this to last week and it was so comfortable! The fabric isn’t itchy at all.Because it has the front and back adjustable ties you can get a perfect fit. It’s very true to size. I’m 5’7 and 145 and tge large was perfect.. I highly recommend this dress!

I’m the one on the right! Ordered to wear for kings and queens day in kindergarten. Loved how comfortable and cool it was. Ordered 3x but could’ve ordered 2x. Just wish it had had a longer hem like in Amazon picture. Overall I give it 5 stars!

Love the material of this dress it is lightweight and soft for Florida weather. I it is fun and looks great on.

Was for Halloween, it fit well, but was a bit short. I am 5’ 9” so that wasn’t much of a shock. Very well made and wasn’t too warm to wear all day.

Not exactly the best feeling of material and not true to size. However it was awesome looking.
