As described. Arrived quickly. Replaced a few horribly NOISEY high speed fans on my commercial grade POE switch. These replacements are lower rated in terms of CFM but the noise reduction and the inexpensive pricing makes it an excellent upgrade. The equipment is in a cool basement area so lower CFM is doable for my application. These fans were a good value.

Fans work and are a good value, but I'm not sure how they could be called 'Quiet' as in the listing title. The fan speed is listed, but they appear to have a high rotational speed and as such are pushing a lot of air through a small opening resulting in a fan design that I would not consider quiet by any stretch. These are just too loud for anything other than maybe an industrial application where noise is not a concern. Wanted to use it for an NVR that was behind a closed door off a bedroom, but it was still too loud.

I finally got around to install this fan. It pushes some air for sure but as loud as a jet engine! Had to take it out because once I put the cover on it was so loud!!! I bought three so I tried the others to see if it was just the one but they were all loud. Took too long to install it to find this out so I missed the time to return it. Gave it two stars because it works great as a fan just really loud.
