I am writing this review after 20 days of my delivery, these panties are amazing and must buy product specially formyour heavy bleeding after delivery, Yes yoh can definitely use it on your normal monthly cycle. No leakage , No odour , No issue of changing it again n again , obviously when it is full you have to change it . It is also very skin friendly and easy to carry and breathable and comfortable on your skin

These are not good, as equal to normal pads but attached with panties. So the actual absorbing part is small and limited to the middle portion. If you are someone who has heavy bleeding, these will leak and create a mess. Better to avoid and go for xxxl pads from other brands.

Comfortable, can sleep peacefully at night without any leakage, must in every women's closet.
