Dry Mouth Relief
These work very well for me. I use other over the counter dry mouth products but these melts give the best, most long lasting relief and can be used through out the day and overnight. The taste is pleasant and they stick very well to gums or teeth and are small enough not to be noticeable. You can also take them anywhere so they’re very convenient. I use two at a time. Give them a try.

Works as Advertised at what seems to be a fair price
This product sos what it is supposed to do. It will stick to he side of a tooth overnight and help keep your mouth moist. It is also supposed to help protect against delay, but I have no way of knowing if it does that. It’ has a mild pleasant taste to the extent that one tastes anything. Thde key with this product is the price since the cost of Xylamelts has risen quite a bit during the past few years. Amazon’s price is about the same or a little less per pill when I buy these at CVS using a 40% off coupon. I wouldn’t make too much of this since CVS prices items like this outrageously high so that they can offer apparently large discounts from what are in my view rip-off prices. Still since the product is identical the best advice I can give is to compare prices and go with the least costly provider - often this will be Amazon, or so it seems to me.

Good price, less wasteful than the blisters
I was hesitant to go with this over the blisters, fearing they might get sticky or something if there was humidity but I'm so glad I switched to this bottle. I can get a pack that lasts me months with less waste and less clutter on my bedside. These work great for dry mouth at night. If you open your mouth when you sleep, this will help keep your gums from drying out, which in turn both keeps your gums healthier, and reduces plaque by *a lot*. I brush and floss daily but have always struggled with plaque anyway, and this made a big difference. It also reduced sore throats and inflammation in my throat from having a dry mouth. Plus, much much better breath in the morning. The adhesion is good. I was nervous at first about a choking hazard but it's never been a risk. They stay where they're supposed to. It took a bit to get used to having something under your lip, but they're smoother than the generic ones and you get used to it.The cool mint agitated my gums, menthol is strong, and my skin generally reacts. The sweet flavor is great because it's more gentle. One lasts most of the night, which is enough for me to make a difference, and it's better to have it finished by morning so you don't have gummy candy in your mouth first thing.

Moisturizes well-but caused irritation after using awhile
This product does work well at moisturizing your mouth and does adhere well to the side of your teeth but for myself I found that it could irritate the inside of my cheek (in my mouth) as the white xylitol powder has been compressed into very hard form. I used them at night (with C-PAP for sleep apnea) and have had dry mouth for many years. It continues to stay hard for some time as it melts away over a few hours. If you drink water they won't last as long, which is to be expected. The issues that caused me problems were:1) scratching/irritating the inside of my cheek 2) after using it for a few days to a week or so it started to cause an irritation to both corners of my mouth as well. I think it was too much moisture or the ingredients (?) but not sure. It made the corners of my mouth kind of wet even during the day (weird) like drooling a little 3) All the Xylitol is hard pressed but as it melts it 's gritty and irritates my bladder. So the product does work well in terms of moisture, but if you're older and have had dry mouth for a long time, and use C-PAP it might possibly cause you some irritation issues but it might be fine for others. Here are the other brands I've tried:1) OraCoat Xyligel dry mouth Gel (citrus flavor)If only companies would realize that people who suffer from dry mouth also tend to have easily irritated tissues including their tongues. If a person with dry mouth also uses C-Pap for sleep apnea their dry mouth is even worse than normal because of the constant air that is pushed into their mouths as they sleep. Therefore, it is best to have NO flavor at all in a dry mouth gel, spray etc. (in my opinion of course). If there is any flavor it needs to be VERY mild and preferably not citrus (even though this states there's no citric acid in the citrus flavor , it does seem to contain something irritating). The amount of grit in this is rediculous in my opinion. It's so bad it even irritates my bladder. Can't return it.2) Used Biotene for many years and was happy with it until they changed the formula and now it's useless, for myself anyway ( It doesn't work. It's thin now and doesn't last but a few minutes). Had to use about every 20 minutes or so since they changed the formula.3)Then I tried Spry (gel) and it was such a gross consistency and taste I wanted to send it back as well but you can't.4)Last but not least "All Day" dry mouth gel and It's a keeper (so far, about 4-5 days now)It has very little mint taste and it's a pleasant taste, not gross or strong and not irritating. It's thick enough to last yet not gross and slimy. It surprised me that it lasts for 1-1/2 hours at least, maybe more , because I use it while sleeping so I'm not sure. Finally got a good nights sleep and only had to use it 2-3 times, unless I drink water and then I'd have to reapply. It doesn't take very much either which will save money.(Suggestion: use small dab on tongue and distribute around your gums above your teeth upper and lower then put a small-medium sized dab on each side of lower mouth gums and just let it sit don't distribute around. It will last quite awhile that way. )I can definately recommend "All Day" Dry mouth gel. Thank God, something that tastes good, actually works really well, doesn't irritate the mouth or bladder, only takes a small amount and lasts a long time. Hope this helps someone because it is a difficult problem to find a solution for, especially at night. Also it has the type of cap that flips open and closes back with a snap, not a cap that completely comes off so that's important (to me).

It works!
Best product I’ve used for overnight dry mouth. Mouth breathers, sleep apnea, dry mouth. I use one every night. Very helpful product that was recommended by my sleep physician.

Life Changing - seriously
I used to wake up with terrible desert style dry mouth. So dry my tongue would be hard or stuck to the roof of my mouth. It would wake me up and keep me awake. I worried about most of the mouth moisture items on the market because of them being loose in my mouth when I was sleeping - I could imagine my grandma haunting me with worry that I would choke and die. These take a little getting used to but eventually your tongue knows how to get them stuck to your teeth or retainers (I have retainers but don’t wear them every night). It makes an amazing difference.I prefer the mint free version of these because the mint ones are too exciting for me. The mint free have a very very mild mint taste. My dry mouth is long gone. I use 2-3 a night - just load them in at bed time and they work amazingly. The other massive perk - my dry eyes have stopped as well. I had no idea my dry mouth was also effecting my eyes. Again - eyes so dry my lids would stick.I sleep through the night now, it’s marvelous. My dentist was happy to hear I had used mouth mints with xylitol - dentists recommend it as it helps keep your teeth healthy.
