Easy assembling, sturdy and practical for climbing plants, looks amazing

Despite the obelisk not being the pretty sage green seen in the photo, this can easily be resolved with 2 coats of fence paint to add colour and protect the soft wood - hopefully for years to come! I have now bought 2 - and they look very impressive as a pair in my small walled garden - perfect for clematis or roses grown in containers! They took a while to put together (electric screwdriver made the job much easier!) but the end result is excellent - almost 2m high when placed on paving or gravel. They are very stable, even if not dug into the ground - with a wide base which allows the obelisk to be placed over a good sized container.

We ordered a pair of these. They arrived with the boxes taped together. One was new and complete and we had no difficulty in assembling it. The quality and finish is not stunning but its a garden ornament and acceptable although not cheap at the price.However the other unit had clearly been sent out before as the delivery label was covered although this had been hidden until we separated the two boxes. Unfortunately this one was damaged and incomplete - one of the legs was broken, and one of the bars was missing. It wasn't worth the hassle of returning, so I have repaired the broken leg and will cut a piece to match the missing part. A bit disappointed overall.

Had to repair one of the uprights, but, other than that, easy to assemble and it is very sturdy.

This item was not sturdy and nowhere near the sage colour advertised.

This obelisk was supposed to be sage green, that is what I ordered and what it said on the box. However when opened I found it was bare, unpainted wood so I had to buy a can of green paint to finish it properly at a cost of £10. Otherwise the product was as i expected

Sehr dekorativ mit seiner Größe von 180 cm und von schöner Qualität. Hätte ich für den Preis nicht erwartet. Allerdings sehr lange Lieferzeit, aber das lag an Hermes.
