Install of the faucet was a snap - mounting the box under the sink was a nightmare.
I've installed dozens of faucets over the years - probably over 100 - and five of these motion controlled ones in kitchens, all the motion controlled from different brands. #1 thing that I like - no batteries. Of course you need an outlet under your sink. If you have a garbage disposal you probably have one.I really get the feeling the faucet was designed by two different people. The faucet itself by someone who's a plumber. Everything is easy to use - you can install it with an adjustable wrench and screwdriver. Seriously - 10 minutes and done. It took longer to clean out the cabinet. But the control box. OK, it screws to the wall beneath the faucet. Sounds simple enough. But it has to be pretty high up. If you have a large single basin sink, you have no room. I had to use one of those 2" teeny screwdrivers to mount the box. The screws that attach the cap to box are 2" long and the box is about 2" deep. So I needed about 8" of room to work - I had to get a screwdriver and my hands up there. If you've ever worked under a sink in a crowded cabinet - pipes, water lines to the fridge and dishwasher, garbage disposal, soap dispenser and more - you know what a pain it can be. I also have arthritis in my hands. Just getting that box in took me almost 45 minutes and exhausted my "colorful language" dictionary. Plus the "this end up" was on the back of the plate. Yea, I dropped it more than once - and had to keep checking. Why not put it on both sides?Anyway, it after the box was mounted attaching the last two lines was easy. The way the hose weight hangs seems an afterthought. Position the weight and use a tie-strap under it to prevent it from sliding. But the hose is too slick and the tie-strap keeps sliding down. I wound up using three straps - one above, one below, and one connecting them running through the weight like a harness. *That* held it in place. The valve is louder than others I've had - I can clearly hear it "thunk" on and off.The position of the sensor in beneath the faucet arch. This takes some getting used to. Our last one had it in front - I hated that. Every time I'd lean forward it would turn on and off. Our first one had one beneath the arch and one on top of it. Being under the arch you just wave your hand behind the spray head and it turns on.There's a small white light in the faucet base that's on whenever there's power. The spray head has two buttons. One selects the water pattern, the other increases the flow while held in. The spray pattern is interesting - but it does splash a lot. They call it a "blade" - so I was thinking "sheet" - it's just a flattened spray pattern. It cleans well and of course the pressure can be adjusted with the water flow. The magnetic spray head is fantastic. It snaps tight in and holds really well. The water flow feels like it's a lot more than it actually is.

Beautiful
I love the clean lines of this faucet. The lack is sophisticated and it has a contemporary look. My brother installed it with no issue. It works well. The touchless feature runs on electric; it is not battery operated. so far I've encountered no problems or leaking. Pricey but seems well constructed and durable.
