Q: How does it work? put offer in cupcake, pour cold water inside cupcake. switched on. coffee not good?! help!

Fill the water reservoir first, which is the big hole behind the cupcake filter. There are 'steps' which indicate the amount of cups. Put the coffee into the cupcake filter, I use one scoop per cup. I also use a paper filter as I find it gives a better brew. Select the brew strength, the default is weak, so I usually set it to maximum. Then start the machine.

Q: Can you choose how many coffee cups you can make or just make all the water you put in the jug?

The jug has cup markers on the side. You full the jug to match the amount of cups you want and pour it into the machine. The only way to make less cups would be to turn it off.

Q: Can the keep warm function be kept on longer than 25 mins ?

It automatically switches off, but if you press the on/off button it will reheat the coffee for another 25 minutes.
