Very helpful for heel pain. These fit well, were easy to.pit on and really seem to help lessen herl pain

Wore it for a day and a half and my foot/heel pain was gone. Feels weird at first, like your foot is slipping (because of the gel cushion) but if you're used to gel inserts, you should be good. I tightened my boots a little and finished the day.

Great product. They work well and I am satisfied. I would make one suggestion-the straps need to be slightly longer. I have badly arthritic hands and it’s difficult to pull those short straps so they stay tight.

They stop sticking after like a week, fit 1 pair of shoes and very difficult to put anything on. Actually does pretty good for the pain though, is why we gave it a 3 and not a 2.

Received the Welnove heel sock today. I have struggled with dry skin on heels FOREVER! This is related to vitamin b6 deficiency which is a genetic condition associated with the MTHFR gene mutation and folate deficiency. Vitamin B6 deficiency causes very dry skin that cracks and bleeds. Hydrating with lots of water is a plus. I have seen many Dermatologist and tried assortments of salves/creams and found my own solution. File heals first with a "SHAPPY FILE" sold here on Amazon prior to putting utter balm on heels. The file is curved to fit the heel. Its one of the best files I have found so far. I then use "BAG BALM" (ointment) in the metal tin sold on Amazon. Bag balm is used for cow's utters to keep them soft. It's super thick ointment similar to Vaseline but has "antiseptic" properties in it and will heal those cracks overnight so you can start walking again with comfort. It was a toss up with the silicone heal protectors vs the WELNOVE neoprene padded heal cushions which are washable. I plan on buying a 2nd set of the Welnove padded heel protectors so I can have an extra set. Very pleased with purchase, we'll made and have velcro to take on/off easily. Looking forward to smooth heels!

Excellent- work so well for boyfriend who has serious foot pain

The product is ok. It is basically gel fill cushion for heel. Wearing it inside the shoe will require at least 1/2 size bigger or else it feels extremely tight. I wear the product inside my tennis/pickleball shoe for better heel support. First time I wear for 2 hours continuous game. It felt good. Second time I wear it and did not felt same. Like gel lost it's absorbe capacity. On top of that after playing 3hour game when I took of my shoes I finds out the cover has broken and sticky gel started licking.Product came with 2 pair, thankfully I only opened one. I am returning this as it lasted only few hours.

It took me a while to find a pair of these that I was pretty sure wouldn't give me sensory problems and these are perfect in that regard. The fabric is soft, moreso on the outside, but the inside isn't just bare neoprene. The bottom has a nice gel pad (maybe 1/4" thick at the edges) that tapers to an open section for heel pressure relief. The Velcro on the strap is about 1.5" on each side, allowing for decent adjustability. However, if you need to adjust it larger, it will expose the scratchy part of the Velcro which is facing the top of your foot. (Edit: you can easily flip these inside out to have the exposed Velcro facing away from your foot)My only issue was sizing. The large is sized for women's size 9.5+. I wear a 9.5 wide with large ankles and a high instep, so that's what I chose. Unfortunately, it's quite loose around the bottom of my foot and would likely be uncomfortable in a shoe. The fabric extends a little to far forward on the sole of my foot and the Velcro is barely connected because I have adjusted the strap so far.Unless you have very wide feet, I would get the small if you are within 2 sizes.
