Great source of protein if you can get over the taste. It tastes like burnt Parmesan cheese. It’s not bad but that burnt flavor lingers. I started added it to my salads as a topper and it’s delicious this way. By themselves it’s hard to get past the taste. So easy to add to your lunch bag. I like I don’t have to guess the calorie intake and protein amount.The crunch is amazing if you like eating chips. I love chips and this is a great alternative. Got to work on the flavor though. It’s a harsh burnt taste.

I love these Parm Chris, but coming through the mail. Every package was pretty much crushed. Probably will not buy them online again. Maybe they could be packed a little better to prevent them from crushing.

So Bad! Charcoal & Rotten milk flavor. I eat Parmesan crisps all the time. These were tasted by the whole family and declared awful. Only dog that would touch them was my chocolate lab who will literally eat poop!

I love all the flavors of these.These are great for snacks alone, or in salads! Crunchy, light and very favorable!Wish more came in the bag though. Enough to make 3 small salad bowls for 3 people. Or 2 uses for snacking.
