I DEFINITELY see a difference in my waist...I've been using this with a combination of the Atkins diet, light cardio/exercise on a mini elliptical machine, reusable plastic wrap and a sweat gel along with a neoprene top & neoprene capris FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS!!!!I also wrap my stomach with reusable plastic wrap and put the waist trainer back on and SLEEP WITH IT EVERY NIGHT!!!!UPDATE 2/3/19: I AM TOTALLY LOVING HOW MY WAIST IS STARTING TO LOOK!!!I also use a EMS AB BELT for 4-6 hours a day!!!UPDATE 3/13/19: I ended up buying another waist trainer that is a longer torso one...now I WEAR 2!!!

It wasn't difficult to put together. It came with a manual that guides you on how to wear it and also a beautiful measurement tape that you can use to track your progress. My pictures and video are from after 2 weeks of wearing it . I could tell the difference. The fact that it doesn't roll up when exercising is a plus for me. The quality was unbelievable great and it looks better in person than on the website. I will recommend it to anyone looking for a great quality product

Just received today and I love it! I bought size 2XL in hot pink and it's perfect! I love the durability and the fact that you can tighten it with the bands. Only cons is that it had a kinda strong chemically smell & I wish the band was wider. Other than that, totally recommend!

I love this waist trimmer, and I'm telling you it really works. I am not someone who sweats on the back but trust me, when I put this thing on, it was ALL OVER! My brother and I went for a long walk (4.95 miles to be exact) and when I took it off at home, my midsection including myback WAS DRENCHED.I will say it was hard to breath about 2 miles into that walk, but that's to be expected when you put something like this on, so be mindful of that. As soon as I took it off I was gasping for air like a fish out of water lol. Of course if you don't want to torture yourself like I did, you don't have to, and it's best to pace yourself. If your doing 4 miles like I did for example, take it off after 2 miles or whenever you can't take it anymore, because it will feel like your in a sauna, and see your results.If you want to sweat, you WILL SWEAT.Not sure if this works for pain relief because it isn't what I got it for and I don't have pain, but I'm sure it can be very helpful if you want your body to be STRAIGHT with good posture.It's also very cute! (Got mine in pink)

I bought this for my mother. She is in her Seventies. She is very active, an avid gardener and baker. Her back/hip sometimes slow her down. When she wears the waist trainer during cake making, she does not get backpain. She wears it while gardening, the hip pain does not occur. She says she feels she has corrected her posture, even when not wearing it.She can be more active for longer which also helps her stay trim. Very happy Mummy.

So far so good i ordered a large size after reading other reviews i didnt want to risk it being too tight,itfits perfectlyand is comfortable to wear,i can wear comfortably whilst doing pilates,aerobics i also keep it on if im pottering around the house for a few hours during the day,ifim not exercising i tighten the waist cinching outer belt to help train core to stay,i just ordered another my daughter

Can't recommend it this enough, it was exactly what I was looking for. This belt feels expensive, the quality is top notch for the price. Bought it to wear as a postnatal belt after labour, I wear it over a top, and even if it might not make my belly shrink faster, it gives amazing back support, so anyone who had been pregnant knows how painful back pains are after pregnancy, all my contractions were on the back, and this belt helps suport my back and ease the pain. Possibly could of bought an L instead of M (was a size. 8-10 before pregnancy), however, had a massive bump plus wore size 12 during the last months of pregnancy.

Fits perfectly and can adapt when I've lost weight. Initially started to just build up wearing it and now I'm exercising in it too. In 1 week I've lost 2 inches of my waist

Got mine belt and it fits perfect! Put it on for my first walk/run in it and by the time i was done my waist was covered in sweat! Use it on a daily basis. With correct nutrition plan and amount of the exercises it is a great add on to sculpture your abz. Very happy with it, as was not to sure from the start.
