UPDATE:Now that I've tried these and another more expensive brand (those do work for voice and audio as well), I can say without a doubt these are superior in sound, voice, and definitely durability. These are really well made, the cord is thick and sturdy, and this product just feels solid in comparison. The sound quality compared to another more expensive brand with the same sound specs is noticeably better, as in close to 30% better.If you just recently purchased a Note 10+ and you're looking for an excellent USB C to wired headphone adapter, get this.Old:The Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ eliminated the headphone jack, so had to get an adapter for old apple headphones. I have Bluetooth headphones, but still like to use wired headphones as well. This works as expected. Can use for BOTH calls and just audio. The adapter fits tight on both the male and female ends. I had ordered another brand, because of heavy travel and another seller sending me the wrong item on another brand, I ordered these.

Use this one to connect my Samsung s10 to the speaker, works pretty well not cut in sound and the plug is very tighten.

This product has worked well so far as I lost the adapter that came with this phone. The sound quality is great, and I have enjoyed not having to pair Bluetooth every time!

This is a very confusing dongle. I use it to play music in my car while charging my phone. It will play the music I select for about 10 minutes, stop, make a buzz sound, then only play the first 5 seconds of the first track of the album (doesn't matter what I put on) on repeat. I can't skip songs as the dongle will just go back to the first track of the album and play the first 5 seconds. Over and over and over. It's totally bizarre as I know the dongle CAN work, because it has before, but it seemingly REFUSES to work reliably. Very frustrating. I don't know if I have a botched dongle or what. I want to like it because it can do the 2 things I want it to, but it's far too frustrating to work it.

Did exactly what it was bought to do, nothing less, nothing more. Would buy it again.

This is very good quality and works for several different uses to include using your smart phone with no 3.5m headphone jack when you need to play music from your USB-C phone/device in an older car with no bluetooth capabilities and only the old school tape player converter. You can charge your phone while you play music at the same time. Works with any 3.5m headphones as long as you have a USB-C type port in your phone/device. This solved several issues for us - Thank You!
