Update:Customer service reached out to try and make things right. Exactly what you hope would happen but rarely does. I give this product 5 stars because the issues were addressed without my asking! Perfect!Original:I wish each bag had more in it. I was able to do both lower legs with one bag. Once melted the wax sits a 1/2 inch thick on the bottom of the pan. You have to work quickly and in short 3-4 inch spreads. Took forever because of how many times I had to go back over the same spot because it dried to fast and I had to start over. If you get it right, it will pull the hair out. Used it on my upper lip too.... work ok. Wish it came with pan collars to keep the mess down as well as the before and after spray. There are better options on here to choose.

I got this wax warmer because I was so tired of shaving always getting nicks and ouch. I started waxing and it really works, just have to make sure hairs are long enough because in my experience it'll take a couple or a few passes to get the little ones.

The warmer it self was great but the wax it comes with is terrible. I suggest purchased the warmer and purchasing wax from another seller not on amazon (they all have bad wax)

I use this for heating oil for woodworking projects. Temperature is easy to adjust.

I have brought our wax warmers before but this one is definitely the best one by far. The controls are simple and it easy to use. Great value for the price.

Love it very nice...easy to use! I let my sis give me a Brazilian and although she is not a professional she did it’s thing and the wax wasn’t painful...it’s all in your head😆

I wasn't happy with the way it worked. Also didn't come with instructions which is important for someone who has never something like this.
