Being that I never write reviews this tells you how much I like this product.PROS:• FAST DELIVERY - I wasn't expecting my order so soon but I got it yesterday and I'm wearing it now.• GREAT QUALITY - This is a solid product but more comfortable than what you would expect for something as heavy duty. The steel bones make sure you are nice and tucked in but you don’t feel like you are wearing a weight vest.• PERFECT FIT - My figure looks awesome in this thing!! I didn't realize that I had a "short torso" so I ordered this one to be on the safe side. Glad I did! I'm 5'3 about 155 pounds and if I would have gotten the “regular” one it would have been WAY to long. I can sit comfortably at my desk without it poking my thighs. I ordered the 28" because my waist is 35" and they recommend that you order a few sizes smaller. I don't think I'll need another one because the long strings allow you to adjust as your waist gets smaller. I also think going to a 26" would be a little unhealthy so if you are not trying to look like a Barbie doll but want a nice looking waist this is the one for my size/frame! It was a little tough bending over to put on socks/shoes this morning but with any new product it just takes some getting used to.CONS:• NOT SO DISCRETE - You can wear this under your clothes pretty comfortably but you can see it if your shirt is too tight.• HOOKS - The hooks are a little tricky to close at first but they are not as difficult as some have mentioned. After the second try I almost have it mastered. This thing is made well so I would expect them to require a little work because trust me….this thing is NOT coming undone.Overall I give it 5 stars because it somewhat exceeded my expectations. I will definitely order again.

This corset is EXACTLY as described! The quality was surprising amazing, great finish and very sturdy. The corset's measurements are accurate, so if you know your own measurements and also follow the chart then you will be able to find your perfect fit. Overall, great corset....but there was a strong smell like others have said.Pros:-Excellent fabric quality-Comfortable-Easy to put on and extremely easy to take off-Flattens stomach-Gives nice silhouette level 1 curvesNow, these are the reason I decided to return:1. Corset Silhouette - This corset has a level 1 silhouette, meaning it will not give you that sharp hourglass figure (which I love). I prefer corsets with a level 3 extreme silhouette shape.2. Torso Length - I have a really short torso measuring at 8" (from underbust to high hip), and so this corset was just a tad too long for my liking. Because of the length I found that the corset had a tendency to push up on the underwire of my bra which gave the appearance of the annoying double lift (which I definitely do not need, I'm already 36DD)!3. I did not test it, so I don't know if this corset is really steel-boned or if it is made with plastic....but it can very easily be bent and manipulated.4. Waist Training - After doing A LOT of research on waist training, I've decided to just return this corset and spend the money on a proper one, from a reputable site! If I'm going to be using a corset on my body I want it to be of the BEST quality...and I'm not sure this one really is.

This is, overall, a fantastic novice level corset. What a price! But, is it fantastic for you? Should YOU buy it? Well... unfortunately that is a hard question to answer. A properly sized corset is tight (anywhere from a little bit tight to very tight to meet the wearer's needs and wishes) around the waist, but only snug at the ribs and hips. A corset that squeezes too hard in those areas will not make you look skinny, it will only be uncomfortable and give you weird bulges. Since this was my first corset and the Amazon description did not go into any of these sizing details I never even considered such qualifiers.I am estimating that both the hip and the rib spring of this corset is something like 6 to 7 inches. The spring is how big the difference is between your ribs/hips and your waist, in inches, when your corset is laced down. So if you have a waist of 30 inches and you buy the medium for 26 inch waist, your ribs (under the breasts) and your hips (not the widest part of your butt, like for other clothes, but right across where your hip bones are), should be 26+7, so 33 inches FOR BOTH. If you are 35 inches in both, that's OK, because you just won't lace down all the way, and you will still get the benefit from the corset, although your waist will only reduce to 28. You will still look great. What is not OK is if you are like me, and your hips are bigger than your ribs or vise versa. Which is not rare - after all, every body is different. In my case, from the waist up, my corset fits great, but from the waist down, I really cannot lace down hardly at all. If I try, it is very uncomfortable and it gives me love handles out of seemingly nowhere - not cool. Not the look I am going for. Is this because the corset is "bad"? No, it is because it is not the right one for me personally.Now, you can lace unevenly, but it's not really good for the longevity of your corset. Since this is a cheaper one, maybe you won't be too concerned about it. Maybe you are just buying it for an outfit. Well, the reason I am giving it a good review, is that for the price, it is very well made and quite handsome. I very much recommend that you read up a bit on corset wear and care before making the purchase. Even a cheap one like this deserves to be seasoned, which means broken in correctly. Also, the right way to wear a corset is over some kind of clothing, which means over an undergarment of some sort even if you are wearing it under clothes. Advertisements and stock photos do not make that very clear at all, but that doesn't make it any less true. It is 100% more comfortable and keeps your corset clean, because it really cannot be washed outside of being spot cleaned. There is a lot of information available by experienced corset lovers out there, so no need to take my word for it. Please look up anything you aren't sure about. And please never expect pain to be normal. A corset shouldn't hurt, even when it is giving you a tiny waist.If you are curious about corsets, but really aren't sure you will like wearing one, this item is a good place to start. Can you hide it under clothes? Depends. Are you talking about a tight T-shirt? Because you can't even really hide a bra under that, so if that is what you are counting on - thin T-shirts, stretchy form fitting dresses - this is the wrong product. But anything thicker and less stretchy, like cotton and more tailored clothing (like a button down) has a pretty good change of looking fantastic over a corset. So it just depends on your needs and what's in your closet.Back support is SO REAL with corsets. Everyone comes for the waist reduction, but stays for the back support and good posture. So there are multiple benefits, as long as you don't expect too much from this mass-produced item and are willing to consider your dimensions. If it's not going to fit, it's not going to fit. Try another one instead. Also important - this corset is 9 inches long between thigh and under breast. That's another good measurement to take before buying. And my 7 inch spring is just a guess, since I never measured that properly, so think of it as more of an example for your consideration.

Puntos a tener en cuenta es que debido a su tamaño se concentra solamente debajo del tórax hasta la pelvis, por lo que probablemente si eres talla plus size se te hagan gorditos en la parte de arriba. Yo que no tengo pechos me resulta excelente esta medida, ya que los más altos me solían incomodar al momento de caminar.

Initially I ordered the black satin corset in a Large. My natural waist is about 30-31 inches. Using the sizing chart provided, theoretically I would naturally fit an XL and a L for cinching. However, the Amazon recommended sizing was suggesting an XXL. This was a bit confusing, so I went by the other comments that said size down from the chart and I ended up with the Large. When it arrived, I felt that the satin was attractive as an accessory, but too decorative and heavy to be worn next to the skin for extended periods of time. For wearing over clothing, like a blouse, the satin one would be a beautiful choice. I reordered the black mesh as it seemed more of a practical fabric, in a Large. Upon trying it over clothing, I realized it was on the tightest lace without trying. The black satin one seemed smaller in comparison… Finally, I returned for a MEDIUM in black mesh. I am able to easily lace it but still have some room to cinch down.That being said, I could probably have ordered a small, and will likely need to size down soon. If you are experienced with wearing corsets, you could likely go down 2-3 sizes from the natural waist on the chart. If wearing as an accessory, the natural size or one down would probably be closest to account for fabric allowance between clothing and the corset. Against the skin, the mesh is very comfortable to me and holds excellent structure. In my opinion, short corsets are the most practical and wearable and this one is the perfect length for being able to sit down without it digging into the hips. There’s a very defined fabric band at the centre that really facilitates a cinch. My only minor critique is I don’t like the laces and may replace them. However, it’s still a 5 star product as the lace holds it together just fine, they’re just really long. Be cautious with the front closures if you have a belly button ring. I have many other products from this brand and this corset is my favourite.

Not impressed, given to my friend as a gift and as soon as they tried it on the the stitching on the clasp ripped... I wouldn’t be that bothered by it if it wasn’t the first wear...
