I used these for a robot. I connected a 1000 rpm 12V motor to a metal rod serving as an axle. They have a tight fit and don’t seem to slip. Something I didn’t expect, but that won’t hurt nor benefit my project, is these shafts are coiled in a way that they bend. I can see how this is useful for mild suspension or for printers, however one should know that these shafts bend before getting them, as for me, it was not obvious when I purchased them. The bend is about 10-15 degrees in each direction, and once pressure is relieved, it returns to a straight orientation. Gravity alone is not enough to bend these, but say they were used on a robot that weighed more than 7 pounds, I’m sure they would bend at the full 10-15 degrees, this depressing the base of the robot.

These are a MUST have for your CNC or Laser. Should one break, your machine is down for the next few days, period. So is your cash flow. Spend a few extra and have them handy.Perfect fit for me. Be sure of the shaft sizes when ordering.

These 6x6.35mm flex couplings are working well for my application.I am using them between a motor shaft and an encoder.The motor is running up to 1000 RPM and the coupling is keeping up without an issue.I can definitely recommend them.

I’m using these to link a stepper motor with a telescope focus shaft. Exact alignment is nearly impossible without a metrology station, so it needed a little room for error, which is exactly what this gives!

We received one coupling that had an incorrect hole size out of the 5 we ordered. We will ask for replacement.

Needed 5mm to 8mm, unfortunately I grabbed the wrong ones. My bad!Perhaps in a future project I might be able to use them.

using these to connect the 50rpm 12v motors on here with some acme ball threaded rod to try to make my own linear actuator, these work very well for this application!
