I am super disappointed by this shampoo and conditioner. I have tried using it multiple times to see if it was just a fluke, but every time my hair comes out very tangled and strawlike with a weird waxy coating feeling. I have even tried to do more or less conditioner to see if that helps and same result. I do not recommend!

I wished I would've read the reviews first. The shampoo is good. The conditioner is like water, takes alot to use and runs through your fingers before you can get it on your head. I wrote the company, they told me they have never heard this complaint before and to try shaking the conditioner to thicken it up. The reviews definitely say differently.

The shampoo and conditioner work fine, but they're NOT purple as stated. If you're looking for purple shampoo and conditioner to help tone your light blonde hair, this is NOT for you.

I have to use so much of this product to wash my hair, like it is watered down, crazy, not purchasing this again :/

I have really dry hair and I used a good amount in the shower and I was almost in tears..i could not comb my hair ...I will not buy this condition again....great scent but that's it

Bait & switch. This was advertised as a purple shampoo but isn't. I returned it.

Doesn’t moisturize as well as I hoped

I have super fine hair that is bleached. So many conditioners require a lot of rinsing to remove adequately. This conditioner goes on so nicely and rinses out quickly. My hair is the softest it has been in years.
