Came ahead of schedule. Perfect material that conducts. I am using above my top inner sheet and connecting to an earth rod outside using a multi core earth cable to use as a grounding sheet.

Copper Fabric EMF Blocking
This fabric did not block Wifi despite experiment with two layers...EMF meter reading exactly the same before and after placing of fabric. The fabric however was very effective at blocking cordless phone but not WiFi or cellphone.
