The box came a little damaged, but the tool itself works great! It's definitely hard to get my hand used to, but I loved how my first time using it went!

Does not Heat after 1st use
Second one and still have issues. Back in April I purchased one and only used it once, I got a replacement. The second one was the same issue. Used it once and stopped working. I. Have. NEVER had any issue like this before.
