This battery charger worked well the first time, but soon thereafter it broke and wouldn't charge the battery any more. Buy at your own risk. Fortunately in the meantime I found my original charger and it is charging my battery fine. Never again will I be ripped off.

For my disc-w50, at first I put bg1 one side up into the charger, the light is green. The charger didn't work. Then I put bg1 the backside up, this time the light is red. My camera can be used now. Thank you.
