nice looking water dish. works as described, fill water bottle and it fills bowl automatically. i have 1 cat and feed wet and dry. its cool u take out bowls for wash. just wish i could get the stickers odd.

Water practically impossible to fill, and once you do it spills over the sides with the slightest bump. Unusable. Returned immediately.

The good stuff first: You can take out the food bowls to wash, especially if you're alternating between dry and wet food. Also the thing is large enough that cats can't knock over.It's good in theory, but you face a couple of problems with water once you start using it. Cats prefer fresh water, and they usually drop food and hair in the water bowl, so yes, using the water bottle will ensure a continuous supply of water, but the bowl will still be dirty and full of residues. You have to take the whole thing to wash, and it's not very easy with the water bottle still full. This defies the purpose of the thing; to have enough water so you won't have to refill and move so often.Sadly we had to revert back to separate bowls for food and water...

I have 3 cats and I thought this dish was a good idea. However the food is too close to the water and food winds up IN the water making the water dirty and unattractive to the cats - they won't drink out of it. So finally just filled all 3 areas up with food. Also I ordered this dish as shown in BLUE and they sent black which does not match my kitchen. :(

Pro:I really like this because it's great for portion control and you're able to put dry food in one bowl and dry food in the other. You can even put the steel bowls to the side and use the base too.Con:The waterbottle area does work for me. But a regular water bottle (which is about the smallest container you can add to it) is easily knockable. You have to put it against the wall, or if you want to be extra safe you could tape it to the wall. Another thing is that food gets dropped in the water, making it look really nasty. I've solved this problem by putting the left bowl(as seen on the picture) in the middle and filling up the left side of the base's bowl. And i make sure to add the dry food in the far right bowl.

This is an excellent dish. Great for the little ones and the color is great. It is the once watering dish that the kitties cant knock over.

I returned this item because 1) despite waiting an extra week for the blue tray (which was also more expensive), I received the black one; 2) with the newer lightweight water bottles that have a very small cap (1/4" high), the water comes right up to the top edge of the bowl; 3) the food dishes are too deep (kitty freaks when whiskers brush her food dish); and 4) the bowls we received were dented.This seemed like a good product design and possibly would work better with water bottles that have a full-height cap/bottle neck and for a small dog. For our kitty, I'm finding 3 separate shallow dishes on a tray work just fine.

The best part of this product are the bowls. They clean easily, they are removed easily, and look nice when you have two cats. Being OCD about stickers/labels, I did not want the product stickers all around the bowl. They were pretty much impossible to feel off. I tried hot water soap, scrubbing. It was pretty much super-glued on there. The bottle use is very specific- make sure you go on their website and see which brands work in the bowl. It was very difficult to flip the bottle over to put the dishes down. The water went sliding out at an angle several times and occasionally spills over the bowl, which freaks our kittens out. We manually fill the water bowl right now and use the food bowls still because it saves space and is nicely compacted into one unit.
